Please include as much detail as you can so we can route your message correctly. If your message relates to a specific post, include the GIF URL (for example: /gifs/186/) and what you expected to happen.

What to include for faster help
- The page you were on (paste the URL) and what you were trying to do.
- Editor language (Javascript, p5.js, GLSL 1.00, GLSL 3.00) and whether you started from an example.
- Your setup: browser + version, operating system, and device type.
- What happened: error message text (if any) and whether the tab froze/crashed.
- A minimal repro: if possible, a short snippet or steps that reproduce the issue reliably.
Bug reports
If something is broken in the editor or a GIF page, please include:
- The GIF URL (example: /gifs/186/) or the editor path you used (example: /editor/selector).
- Whether the issue happens after refresh (CTRL+R) and if “retrieve code from last session” is involved.
- Any performance details (slow render, high CPU/GPU, long export time) and approximate GIF settings (dimensions, frames).
Content takedown and moderation
If you’re reporting content that should be removed (copyright, harassment, personal data, or other policy concerns), include the GIF URL and a clear explanation of the issue. If you’re making a rights request, describe your relationship to the work and provide any supporting details that help us verify the claim.
Security reports
If you believe you’ve found a security issue, use the contact form and select Security report. Please avoid posting sensitive details publicly. Include reproduction steps and the affected URL(s), and mark anything confidential in your message.
Pricing and account questions
For billing or plan questions, select Pricing / billing question and include the account username (if applicable) and the page where the issue occurred. You can also review what ShaderGif is and how it works on the About page, and see current plan information on Pricing.
